Can I get to my storage unit outside office hours?
Yes. Tenants have 24-hour gate access to their belongings, every day. The office is staffed 9:00 AM–5:00 PM seven days a week for in-person help, but your gate code works around the clock — early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays.
How does renting a storage unit online work?
Choose your size on the units & prices page, click Rent Online, and complete checkout through our secure rental portal. Once your rental is complete you can typically move in the same day.

Do you have climate-controlled units?
Yes, climate-controlled options are available. Climate control helps protect the things Ohio weather is hardest on — wood furniture, electronics, photographs, and paper records — from big temperature and humidity swings.
What is a tenant protection plan?

Is the facility secure?
The property is gated with coded tenant access, digital video surveillance records activity across the facility, and there's onsite security. Only tenants get through the gate.
Do you sell boxes and moving supplies?
Yes — boxes and moving supplies are for sale right at the facility, so you can grab what you need mid-move without a trip back into town.
