How to Claim the $10 Special
- Choose your unit size online, or call the office at (330) 275-2074.
- Rent as a new tenant — your first month is $10, with no admin fee. Due at move-in: $10 plus tax and your protection plan choice.
- Move in on your schedule. Tenants have access 24 hours a day, every day.
Offer for new tenants only. $10 applies to the first month’s rent on any unit size; the regular monthly rate applies starting with month two. Prorated rent from the end of your first month to your regular billing date (the 1st) is added to your first regular bill. No admin fee. Limited time only — offer may end without notice.
